The St. Anne’s Family Services Individualized STRTP project included the Design and Construction of Approx. 3,170 sq. ft. two story residential facility with support and supervisory capabilities. The design of the facility focused on blending seamlessly with the surrounding residential facility, featuring a modern and stylish exterior. The interior layout included a spacious reception area that leads to a large, open-concept family living space with a kitchen and dining area. Additionally, there are two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The Project incorporates green spaces and a gardening area. The property is surrounded by tall fencing and features a two-car garage and private driveway for attached parking. The second floor contains three additional offices to accommodate St. Anne’s staff and provide ample storage space. The layout of the facility was designed to offer maximum comfort and support for program participants and staff.
