Ms. Fonder, one of the founding partners at Fonder-Salari, Inc. has twenty years of professional experience in the construction management industry, specializing in public works delivery and contracting strategies. She provides a wealth of knowledge and experience during pre-construction, specifically procurement regulations, bid and award processes, and management of construction contracts through closeout. She has a tremendous amount of experience working with K-12, higher education clients and regulating agencies throughout Southern California, utilizing all delivery methods. Alisha brings a high level of detail, organization, and drive for communication to every project, and she is happy to immerse herself in any area to help bring solutions for a successful end-product.
Mr. Salari, one of Fonder-Salari’s founding partners, has 22 years of industry experience, with a proven record of leading the successful completion of projects and programs with over $1 billion in construction value. His experience encompasses various market sectors, including education, public works, federal government, infrastructure and municipal facilities. Amin’s expertise in construction management and successful program delivery includes working in both the public and private sectors and managing all phases of design, construction and closeout, on a wide variety of facility types. He has noted experience in successfully managing programs with multiple project teams and operations on projects utilizing all delivery methods. Amin oversees Fonder-Salari’s field operations and supervises our project staff. We are proud to share that Amin is the past president of Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), Southern California Chapter, the largest professional organization in the of construction management field, in the United States.
Mr. Fonder, a founding partner of Fonder-Salari, brings over 23 years of professional experience performing on-site project and program management, facility needs assessments, preparation of funding requests, cost estimating, scheduling, and project close-out. His construction management industry experience coupled with his public relations expertise will bolster client image, build and nurture community relationships and resolve problems before they arise. His personable and positive attitude has earned him the respect of project team members, district personnel, and key community members, ultimately leading the team to successful completion of construction contracts. His strength is team building and he aims to consistently monitor the satisfaction of Fonder-Salari’s clients.
