Fonder-Salari, Inc. is a full-service construction consulting firm that offers services in construction management, program management, preconstruction, contract management, facilities management, and construction support services. Serving Southern California (Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, Kern, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego counties), it is our mission to provide unbiased oversight of construction projects large and small, while closely administering each project to ensure we attain the goals set forth by our clients and meet the program and/or project’s requirements in accordance with the project schedule within the Owner’s budget.
Bringing extensive industry experience, our diverse team of owners came together in August 2020 to form Fonder-Salari, Inc. We are proud to be Woman-Owned and Small Business (SBE) certified. It’s a pleasure to work with the Fonder-Salari team on multiple Antelope Valley College projects, including our new Sage Hall and Cedar Hall projects, and our state-funded Gymnasium Renovation project. Their team also provides Program Management Services for our $350 Million, Measure AV Bond Program. As I had always managed my construction projects in-house prior to working with Amin, I was very skeptical about the value that an outside construction management firm could bring to my projects. I certainly changed my viewpoint after working with Amin. As part of the William S. Hart Union High School District Board, we specifically sought out the advice of Shawn Fonder, Amin Salari and Alisha Fonder. There was a level of discomfort on several projects at the time, and the District felt they needed their expertise to ensure the development of plans and that the professional work being done was in our best interest. Shawn, Amin and Alisha stood out in their role providing the planning, pre-construction and construction oversight with our new Castaic High School, our new 2-story classroom building and campus infrastructure at Hart High School and our Canyon, and Saugus High Schools’ Performing Arts buildings. The entire team was trustworthy, honest, and extremely helpful in the board, better understanding the intricacies of project planning and development. I am convinced they saved us our District, in many areas, not only financially, but also project time. Their relationship in the community and with the William S.
