The Bonelli Lower Floor Remodel—Multi-cultural Center consists of an open court. It is being configured into an enclosed open study room. The scope of work consists of demolition of existing plaster walls, ceilings, air conditioning ducting, electrical, plumbing, storefront windows, and restrooms for ADA code requirements. New construction includes new storefront windows that will enclose the study area, new offices space, flooring, sink cabinets, ceramic tile in the restroom, vending machine enclosers, and a marquee at the main entrance. Project value is $1,822.800
