In 2020, the City of Inglewood passed Measure I, authorizing $240 million in bonds for renovations and new construction needed within Inglewood Unified School District. In addition to the Bond funds, Developer fees are also utilized for certain construction items, as well as project-specific support from community partners including the NFL, L.A. Rams, Chargers, Clippers, Nike and others. Fonder-Salari serves as Inglewood USD’s Program Manager and is providing Project Management Services as well
