The project scope includes Classrooms, Multi-use space Administration, New Playground outdoor Learning space, New Outdoor PC approved shade structures, New Landscaping, new parking lot and drive aisle including drive curb cuts, new PC approve parking lot solar canopy, new PC approved dumpster storage roof covering, new utility connections, include new meters in public way and demolition of existing child development center.
