Project: El Rodeo Elementary School Modernization

El Rodeo project consists of the voluntary seismic upgrades and modernization of approximately 115,352 sq. f of existing buildings, originally constructed in 1927. It consists of five buildings; Buildings A, B and C were constructed in 1927, Building D was constructed in 1962 and Building E was constructed in 1969. The El Rodeo modernization project started on 8/15/19. The interior of each building has been completely demolished. New structural components are being installed which include HSS steel, concrete walls, and fiberglass reinforcement panels. Modern MEP components are being installed, along with modern low voltage and A/V components. Project value is $126,683,486.
