Fonder-Salari, Inc. provides Program Management Services and assists in Master Programming for all projects under Antelope Valley College’s $350M Measure AV Bond Program. By working closely with the Facilities Staff, we are proud to provide the resources necessary to communicate program objectives to the various project stakeholders. We serve and support the College on varying levels including but not limited to Program Reporting, Budget Coordination and Program Schedule Coordination.
