Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District’s SAMOHI New Student Services Building, a project that will redefine a central part of the Santa Monica High School campus. We will help deliver a 50,000+ sf, future-focused facility designed to support student creativity, wellness, and community.
The new building will feature a Black Box Theatre, Theatre Lobby and support spaces, an Art Gallery and Art Storage, six classrooms, ASB and student activity spaces, Vikes’ Inn Retail, the Campus Newspaper, the College Center, Student Outreach, Mental Health and Health & Wellness Services, and a Student Commons—along with sustainable elements such as rooftop solar.
