Project: Oak Street School TK-K Campus Project

The project consists of the construction of New Classroom Buildings at Oak Street Elementary School,. The project includes includes four new modular classroom buildings (Buildings D, E, F, and G totaling approximately 13,440 SF), one shade structure, new play yards with synthetic grass and poured-in-place playground surfacing, hardscape, landscape and irrigation, site utilities, fencing, and photovoltaic installation, including dedicated Special Education (SPED) classroom space. Site work includes demolition of five existing portable buildings, new asphalt paving, concrete paving, and permanent electrical service. The project is on an active school site; all work will be coordinated with the District to cause the least disruption to classes and campus operations. Construction duration is approximately 11 months across two phases.
