Roosevelt Elementary School is underwent campus-wide modernization and site improvements. The project involved alterations to Buildings A, B, C, D, and E, including HVAC installation and a fire alarm system upgrade. The extensive renovation addresses accessibility improvements through ADA-compliant restroom upgrades and enhanced paths of travel, while incorporating new lighting systems and electrical infrastructure. The scope encompassed hazardous materials abatement and interior renovations. Student learning was uninterrupted through the strategic installation of temporary classrooms allowing the phased renovation project to improve existing facilities without new construction.
